Technician - Pressure Wash

Job Purpose

As a Pressure Washing Technician, you are responsible for driving business operations in our secondary service. The technicians complete all the jobs acquired through our sales and outreach team. Techs are required to be extremely versatile in their role with the ability to clean and wash any material to Aspect’s standards, build and develop client relations, collect payments, and ensure clear communications with regional managers. Pressure Washing technicians will work independently of BBQ technicians but follow the same systems, software, and structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively between regional managers and clients on a daily basis

  • Understand the use, purpose, and maintenance procedures for given equipment

  • Undergo training procedures for both operations and sales

  • Ensure quality control over each job as well as client satisfaction

  • Individually commute to jobsites each day

  • Submit before and after photos of each job to team drive

Skills and Qualifications

  • Physical Labor: Any previous experience in outdoor or hands on labor is preferred but not required

  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle client interactions professionally and efficiently.

  • Time Management: Demonstrated ability to work within expected time ranges, efficiently and completely, with clear communication if more/less time is needed. 

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills; strong communication abilities.

  • Adaptability: Flexible in dealing with changing job demands, including a varied work schedule.

  • Problem Solving: Strong and creative problem-solving abilities for tackling a wide variety of unique circumstances. 

  • Independence: Ability to work independently and outdoors. Ability to handle various situations with diplomacy and politeness.

  • Attention to Detail: Detail oriented, always looking for little ways to improve, leaving no room for error. 

  • Professionalism: Represent Aspect Home Services with professionalism, valuing diversity, inclusion, and excellence.

Additional Information

  • A valid Ontario Class G2 or G driver’s license (or equivalent) and individual access to a vehicle for attending job sites.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting at $18.50/hr CAD

  • Competitive salary with hourly based pay, significant opportunity for tips at jobs, as well as commission for additional sales
